How long does a session last?Your initial assessment and treatment takes approximately one hour, and follow up visits are either 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Will I get treated during my initial assessment?Yes. While we do start your session with a thorough assessment, your session will always include hands-on treatment.

Do you accept ICBC or Worksafe Cases?While we accept ICBC cases, we do not direct bill to them. Please make sure you have all your information with you. Unfortunately we do not accept Worksafe cases.

Does Choose Health do direct billing?Yes, we direct bill to all major third party service providers.

What should I wear to my appointment?Athletic wear is best - shorts and a sports bra/tank top.

Where can I park?There is meter parking along Seymour (with the exception of no parking during the hours of 7am-9:30am and 3-6pm Mon-Fri), Richards and/or Helmcken.
